Three things set the price: how much there is, how hard it is to get in and out at both addresses, and how much packing you want us to do. A ground-floor studio with lift access sits at the bottom of the range and a five-bedroom villa with a store room at the top. We survey first, then send one figure in writing, so you are never comparing a phone estimate against a final bill.
No. Cartons, bubble wrap, foam, stretch film, tape and mattress covers are inside the quoted price, and the crew takes the flattened boxes and used wrap away once you have unpacked.
Sometimes, and it depends on two things: whether a crew is free and whether your building will release the service lift at short notice. Send us both addresses and we will tell you within the hour what is realistic.
We do, as part of the job. That covers tower lift reservations, community moving permits from Emaar or Nakheel, move-in and move-out forms, and the documents the building asks for.
It goes into our Dubai Investment Park facility, inventoried, and comes back out when your handover date lands. You can book the move and the storage as one job rather than chasing two companies.
Cash to the crew supervisor, bank transfer to the company account on your invoice, or a card payment link we send to your phone. You can also use Tabby to split the cost and pay later. Payment is taken after the move is finished, not before it starts.
Yes. We run regularly to Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah, on our own trucks rather than handing the load to a third party halfway.
Tell your coordinator at handover, before the crew leaves, and we deal with it there and then rather than through a claims process weeks later. If you want separate cover for high-value items, arrange third-party transit insurance before the move and we will work to whatever the policy requires.
